Current Responsibilities
With over 15 years of experience, Adam Chapman, is a Managing Director at JLL, where he specializes in tenant representation. His focus on downtown Seattle businesses is extremely valuable to his clients as they assess their long-term real estate needs. Adam’s market knowledge and extensive involvement in analyzing relevant market data, combined with his analytical background and proven negotiation skills secure the most advantageous results for his clients.
Experience
Adam began his real estate career working on the management consulting side for shopping mall owner, General Growth Properties. In early 2001, he joined Equity Properties and served as a senior analyst with the company’s Portfolio Management team. There, he worked with the company’s top officers on acquisitions, developments and investment strategies for the firm’s extensive commercial real estate holdings. One of his key contributions in this role was the co-development of their national office occupancy performance metric. This tool not only served to evaluate the company’s leasing competitiveness, but also provided valuable insight into how tenants view the financial viability of the office spaces they are considering.
