Current Responsibilities:
Abigail George serves as Operations Manager for the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the execution of local market requirements, client specific deliverables, national initiatives, and compliance audits. Abigail’s team focuses on operational efficiencies, executing on client strategy, and ensuring a workplace experience that builds upon JLL’s people-first culture for team members throughout the Bay Area.
Experience:
Abigail has twenty five years of commercial real estate property management experience, twenty one with JLL. Prior to her role as Operations Lead for the Bay Area, Abigail managed multiple office, retail and R&D campuses including: 201 Mission and 580 California in San Francisco, Urban West, Centre Pointe Business Park and Ygnacio Center in Walnut Creek. She has served as a member of the JLL Excellence Committee, a panel of senior managers whose focus is to evaluate current and new best practices for enhanced operations at the property level.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Abigail was a Property Manager for a 400,000 SF office property and 3 million SF industrial portfolio while working for Spieker Properties.
Education and Affiliations:
Abigail has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) East Bay and Silicon Valley.
