Current responsibilities
Aaron Wade serves as Senior Director for JLL Value and Risk Advisory in the United States. Actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting assignments since 2015, Mr. Wade has performed appraisal services consisting of narrative and summary real estate appraisals, and market rent study analyses. All types of real property are encompassed: apartments, multi-purpose, high rise and garden office buildings, manufacturing facilities, warehousing and distribution centers, shopping centers, residential subdivisions, and industrial parks. Valuations have been prepared on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures. Appraisals have been made for estates, mortgage financing, equity participation and due diligence support. Clients served include corporations, law firms, financial institutions, investment firms and public/private agencies.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL in late 2016, Mr. Wade was with a national valuation firm, where he served as an analyst for the Tulsa office. Prior to employment with the national valuation firm, Mr. Wade was a branch manager and residential mortgage banker with Chase Bank for several years, where he attained his Series 6 and Series 63 investment licenses as well as his Oklahoma Life Insurance license.
