Current responsibilities
Aaron DeCollibus is an Executive Director and the West Coast Multi-housing Valuation Team Lead for the Value and Risk Advisory business. In this role, he leads a dedicated group of appraisal professionals providing clients with exceptional resources and a best-in-class experience.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Aaron most recently was the Managing Director, Pacific Northwest, for Apprise, Walker & Dunlop’s commercial real estate appraisal platform. Based in Seattle, Washington, Aaron brings more than 20 years of diversified real estate experience to JLL, with primary emphasis in the areas of valuation for investment analysis, portfolio asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, with extensive valuation experience across all asset types. Aaron’s valuation experience includes preparing opinions of value for conventional and agency financing, estate planning, litigation, and portfolio management, as well conducting feasibility and market rent studies.
