Zeller and Partners Group Tap JLL to Lease Resurgens Plaza in Buckhead

JLL team includes workplace strategists and sustainability experts focused on attracting users to the 403,000-square-foot office building

Zeller and Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, have selected JLL to lease Resurgens Plaza, a 402,929-square-foot, Class-A office tower in Buckhead – one of the submarket’s most sustainable office buildings. JLL Executive Vice President David Horne and Associate Alexis Easterling will lead leasing efforts for the tower, while working in close collaboration with the firm’s Sustainability and Workplace Strategy teams.

Located at 945 East Paces Ferry Road, Resurgens Plaza is a 27-story office building that connects people, place and purpose. Zeller and Partners Group have made significant investments in the tower, focused on enhancing the workplace experience by prioritizing sustainability, wellness and connectivity. The building is situated above the Lenox MARTA Station’s Gold Line and provides direct access to PATH400. The private 14th floor green rooftop terrace provides tenants with an outdoor collaboration space and sweeping views of the Atlanta skyline. Additionally, a state-of-the-art, 6,000-square-foot fitness studio offers lockers, showers and private and reservable studio spaces, and electric bikes are available for tenants. Resurgens Plaza has achieved LEED Gold Certification, WiredScore Gold Certification, BOMA 360 Designation, WELL HSR Recertifications, Fitwel 3-star Certification and a 96 ENERGY STAR® score and label.

Resurgens Plaza has also partnered with Bee Downtown to house more than 100,000 honeybees, enclosed in three custom painted beehives. The initiative helps to promote the continuous efforts of biophilia – the innate human desire to connect to nature and the outdoors – and sustainability within the building and the Buckhead community.

The tower features highly customizable floor plates, as well as spec suites and full-floor opportunities. Notably, Resurgens Plaza offers the highest ratio of collaborative space of any contemporary workspace in the market, including a renovated conference center and lounge with plug-and-go technology. Resurgens Plaza is within walking distance to a variety of dining, hotel and retail options, such as Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square Mall. 

In addition to the walkable options, Resurgens Plaza is home to Savi Provisions Health and Fitness Café, Atlanta’s neighborhood destination for locally-sourced gourmet and organic foods and fine wines and spirits. Located in the MARTA Lobby, Savi Provisions will offer an elevated building café and market experience with health-conscious food offerings, a sundry space and tenant events such as wine tastings. Further offerings will include elevated, diversified healthy menu choices incorporating rotating breakfast and lunch items.
