Windmill Investments selects JLL for multi-property assignments in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, August 29, 2019 – JLL announced today that the firm was selected as the exclusive leasing partner, property manager and project development services (PDS) provider for multiple, recently acquired office properties in San Antonio by ownership group Windmill Investments. The properties, Alamo Towers, Petroleum Towers and 1800-1802 Plaza, encompass over 520,000 square feet of rentable office space.

JLL’s Meredith Sheeder and Meredith Howard will be leading the marketing and leasing efforts for the portfolio. Major capital improvements are planned for the properties with JLL’s Lisa Clark leading the project development services for those improvements.

The properties offer great accessibility and visibility to prospective tenants and the region’s quality workforce given their locations along Northeast Loop 410 and proximity to US 281. The Alamo Towers are located at 901-909 NE Loop 410,1800 Plaza is located at 1800 and1802 NE Loop 410 and the Petroleum Towers are located at 8626-8700 Tesoro Drive.

Additionally, the properties are located just east of San Antonio International Airport and approximately 12 miles from downtown.
