The Shops at Highland Village adds Indian food restaurant to tenant roster
JLL secures retail lease with Delhi 6 Indian Kitchen
FORT WORTH, September 4, 2019 – JLL announced the successful negotiation of a new retail lease for Delhi 6 Indian Kitchen at The Shops at Highland Village, located at 1701 Shoal Creek in Highland Village, Texas, today.
JLL’s Austin Speni and GC Carriero represented the landlord in the lease negotiation. Continental RE Inc.’s Doug Woodson represented the tenant.

This is the third addition to The Shops at Highland Village this summer. JLL announced the addition of Tiff’s Treats and Lambeau's America Kitchen and Taps in July.
