Texas State Optical to open new location at Town Center Shopping Center in Colleyville, Texas
JLL successfully negotiates retail lease on behalf of eye care practice
FORT WORTH, July 15, 2019 – JLL announced today the newest location of Texas State Optical (TSO) at Town Center Colleyville, located at 5605 Colleyville Road in Colleyville, Texas, on behalf of the doctor-owned and operated eye care company. The firm successfully negotiated a new, 2,403-square-foot retail lease on their behalf.
JLL’s Austin Speni represented TSO in the least negotiation. Weitzman’s Gretchen Miller and Stephen Wise represented ownership, Velocis.

Texas State Optical’s Colleyville location will be the company’s ninth in the metroplex. They currently have eight convenient locations in North Texas, including Farmers Branch, Bishop Arts, Grand Prairie, Richardson, Lewisville, Rockwall, Mansfield, Keller, and Cleburne.
