JLL successfully negotiates sublease for Gulf Relay
DALLAS, May 16, 2019 – JLL announced today the firm successfully negotiated a 134,924-square-foot industrial sublease on behalf of logistics technology company Gulf Relay. This is the Jackson, Mississippi-based company’s second location. The logistics firm is backfilling the space previously vacated by Panasonic after the company relocated their divisional operations.
JLL Vice Presidents Chris Stout and Elizabeth Jones represented the tenant in the lease negotiation for their new 330 S Royal Lane location in Coppell, Texas.
“DFW’s central location, infrastructure and deep, diverse labor pool make us an extremely attractive market for logistics firms,” said Stout. “This is a win-win situation for all those involved.”
According to JLL Research, the DFW Airport industrial submarket has established itself as one the largest in North Texas in terms of the number of logistics tenants with 18.5 million square feet of positive net absorption over the past decade.
