Sunflower Bank leases last above grade space at Wonder Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash., April 15, 2021 – Leading real estate and investment management firm JLL today announced its assistance in helping Guardian Mortgage, a division of Sunflower Bank, lease the last remaining above grade office space at the historic Wonder Building in the heart of Spokane, Washington. This five-year term lease encompasses 3,229 square feet of commercial real estate space on the second floor.

Mike Sharapata, managing director for JLL in Spokane represented landlord Wonder Spokane, while Jared Smith and RJ Trowbridge for JLL represented tenant Sunflower Bank.

The Wonder Building is located at 835 N Post Street and boasts an on-site, five story parking structure, a 12,000 square foot market hall and balconies overlooking the Spokane River. The site has been updated with all new building systems, including HVAC, lighting, security, and ADA access, which was a driving force behind Sunflower Bank’s selection of this space.
