JLL Announces 145 South Wells Completion in Chicago Loop and Secures First Tenant, FIRMSPACE

CHICAGO, January 16, 2020 – JLL is pleased to announce the completion of a 20-story, ground-up concrete loft-style building in one of Chicago’s most sought-after office markets. The Austin-based shared office provider signed a 15-year lease for the top three floors to kickoff its entrance into the Chicago market.
