JLL Announces 145 South Wells Completion in Chicago Loop and Secures First Tenant, FIRMSPACE
JLL partners with Moceri + Roszak to offer state-of-the-art office space in prime office location; Firmspace signs as building’s first tenant
CHICAGO, January 16, 2020 – JLL is pleased to announce the completion of a 20-story, ground-up concrete loft-style building in one of Chicago’s most sought-after office markets. The recently completed 210,000 rentable square foot boutique development in the Loop at 145 South Wells is now accepting tenants to accompany its first occupant, FIRMSPACE. The Austin-based shared office provider signed a 15-year lease for the top three floors to kickoff its entrance into the Chicago market.

JLL’s Senior Vice President Mason Taylor and Executive Vice President Chris Cassata are handling leasing of the property on behalf of the developer, Moceri + Roszak. JLL Managing Director Corey Siegrist represented FIRMSPACE in negotiating its lease within the building.
