Shayda Bradley Joins JLL as Vice President, PDS Healthcare Lead for Florida

Bradley will be responsible for the planning, design and construction of inpatient and outpatient healthcare facilities across the state

MIAMI, July 8, 2019 – JLL announces today the addition of Shayda Bradley to lead the firm’s Project and Development Services (PDS) healthcare practice throughout Florida. In her new role, Bradley will be responsible for the planning, design and construction of inpatient and outpatient healthcare facilities across the state and focus on helping healthcare organizations achieve their goals as it relates to their Capital Programs and Projects.

Before joining JLL, Bradley spent more than 25 years in leadership roles, overseeing the planning, design and construction of more than 980 projects. Most recently, as executive director of design and construction for Indiana University Health System, she successfully managed the design and construction of 16 hospitals totaling 10 million square feet and nearly 3,500 beds. In addition, she was tasked with transforming Indiana University Health System’s design and construction department to meet organizational goals. Bradley also has held construction management positions with CBRE, Duke Construction and Carlstadt Dickman.

Bradley graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree and an associate degree in architectural technology. She holds membership in the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) and the Academy for Healthcare Infrastructure (AHI).
