SA BF&C Properties sells The Flats at Olmos in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, December 19, 2018 – JLL announced the sale today of The Flats at Olmos in San Antonio. JLL Capital Markets experts secured the sale of the recently renovated, 76-unit apartment community on behalf of SA BF&C.

JLL Senior Vice Presidents Moses Siller and Zar Haro represented the seller in the sale for the property, located at 103 Jackson Keller Road, to James Rainosek.

“The sale of The Flats at Olmos underscores the continued level of investor interest in multifamily product in San Antonio and the surrounding area,” said Siller. “For the past several years, San Antonio has been the beneficiary of significant job gains and population growth thanks in part to our region’s strong economic fundamentals, positioning our market on the shortlist for many capital investors.”

The sale includes the 6.22 acres on which the asset is situated.
