R.J. Kelly Company to create transformative suburban amenity center at 10 Maguire in Lexington

BOSTON, March 27, 2019 – R.J. Kelly Company, a premier New England-based commercial real estate firm, has received permitting approval to build a 5,000 square foot, full service, next generation restaurant concept at 10 Maguire Road in Lexington. The unparalleled and much-needed amenity concept, called “The Hangar,” will be delivered Fall of 2019.

The Hangar will offer what today’s top organizations and communities are seeking when it comes to next-level amenities. The cutting-edge amenity service will host multiple restaurant concepts featuring a central bar with a full liquor license.
