RAMS Windows establishes location in South Austin

AUSTIN, April 22, 2019 – JLL announced a new industrial lease for RAM Windows today. The Texas-based, leading manufacturer and distributor of contemporary windows and doors agreed to a new 7,170-square-foot industrial lease at SouthTech Business Center; located at 2101 E. St. Elmo Road in Austin.

JLL Senior Vice President Ace Schlameus represented the landlord in the lease negotiation, KBS Realty. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Brian Cheek represented the tenant.
