Radiology Partners signs 63,820 SF Headquarters lease at Frank Gehry designed Ascend in El Segundo

EL-SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, Nov 19, 2018 - Confirming the South Bay as a hub for progressive companies, NSB Associates and JLL have completed a 63,820-square-foot lease with Radiology Partners at the recently developed Ascend, a stand-alone, 80,000-square-foot creative office building designed by legendary architect Frank Gehry in El Segundo, California. Radiology Partners will relocate its headquarters to the building from 2101 El Segundo Boulevard in El Segundo. With this transaction, in conjunction with continued growth nearby from Kite Pharma, the area is transforming into a life sciences hub.

Located at 2330 Utah Avenue and available for occupancy, NSB Associates delivered Ascend, a highly customizable, inspiring creative workplace to tenants, featuring 24-foot clear-height ceilings, large glass panel walls, illuminating skylights, and 16,000 square feet of private outdoor patio space. The building sits on a podium over a covered parking structure. Ascend is ideally located steps away from the LA Metro Green Line and minutes from LAX. Centrally situated in between Sepulveda Boulevard, the I-105 and I-405 freeways, Ascend offers easy access to neighboring Southern California communities.  

JLL's Mike McRoskey, Blake Searles, Evan Moran and Jason Fine represented NSB Associates in the lease to Radiology Partners. The team is leading the leasing effort at Ascend which currently has available suites ranging from 10,000 to 21,500 square feet. Jake Bobek of CBRE represented Radiology Partners.
