Rack Room Shoes signs lease at Emerald Place shopping center

Greenwood, S.C., March 26, 2019 – Rack Room Shoes has leased 10,000 square feet at Emerald Place, a 108,000-square-foot retail center in Greenwood.

Located at 259 Hospitality Boulevard in the heart of Greenwood’s retail corridor, Emerald Place is anchored by Kohl’s, Ross Dress for Less and PetSmart. Rack Room Shoes previously occupied a building on the opposite side of Hospitality Boulevard and relocated to its new space next door to Ross Dress for Less last week. With the Rack Room signing, Emerald Place is now fully leased.
