Protenus Expands at Brown’s Wharf

Addition of healthcare technology firm brings building to 97.8% occupancy

Baltimore, MD January 14, 2019 JLL announces today the lease signing of Protenus to Brown’s Wharf at 1615-1637 Thames Street in Baltimore’s Fells Point neighborhood. The full floor addition of the growing healthcare compliance analytics firm brings the 104,000 square foot building to 97.8 percent occupancy.
