Previously foreclosed northwest San Antonio office asset nears capacity
JLL’s latest office lease brings property’s occupancy up to 96%
SAN ANTONIO, November 26, 2018 – JLL announced today the successful negotiation of a new 4,000-square-foot office lease for The Law Office of George Salinas at 6243 IH-10 West in San Antonio. JLL’s Brian Kates represented the landlord, San Antonio Tower LLC, in the lease negotiation.
The new office lease nearly completes a significant swing for the once foreclosed asset. The property was acquired by current ownership in 2014.
Thanks in part to strategic additions and updates to the property, JLL found success in attracting new tenants since taking on the assignment in May 2014. This latest office lease brings the property’s occupancy to 96%.
“Ownership has done an incredible job in creating an engaging work environment for our tenants,” said Kates. “The transformation from this once foreclosed property to where we are today is a testament their tremendous foresight. We’re thrilled to play a role in bringing 6243 full circle and look forward to getting the property 100% occupied.”
In addition to onsite amenities and its centralized location, 6243 IH-10 W also offers access to a unique collection of South Texas art which unifies those who office there. Tenants are allowed to hang paintings in their own offices throughout the property.
The largest contiguous space currently available at 6243 IH-10 W is 4,339 square feet.
