Newly renovated The Parkline signs first tenant
50,000 square foot lease executed
Chapel Hill, N.C., June 10, 2020 – JLL is pleased to announce that the first tenant has signed a lease for 50,000 square feet of office space at The Parkline, located at 1830 Fordham Boulevard in Chapel Hill. The company will occupy most of the first floor and plans to move into the building in late 2020.
