Neighborhood specialty center in Roswell trades for $29.5M

JLL Capital Markets closed the sale of Connexion at Holcomb Bridge in the highly sought-after affluent suburban Atlanta community

ATLANTA, Feb. 22, 2022 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has closed the $29.5 million sale of Connexion at Holcomb Bridge, a 106,711-square-foot neighborhood specialty retail center in the highly desirable city of Roswell, an affluent submarket of Atlanta, Georgia.

JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, DNA Partners. Brixmor Property Group purchased the asset.

Connexion at Holcomb Bridge is home to a well-curated tenant mix featuring national tenants and local favorites, including Planet Fitness, Starbucks, Kale Me Crazy, My Salon Suite, Emory Healthcare Network, Dogtopia and From the Earth Brewing Company. Originally constructed in 1985, the property was expanded in 2014 and underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation in 2016.

Situated on 11.77 acres at 1570 Holcomb Bridge Rd., Connexion at Holcomb Bridge is in Roswell approximately 25 miles north of downtown Atlanta and less than one mile from GA-400, one of Atlanta’s major north-south thoroughfares that connects the northern suburbs to Atlanta’s most prominent office markets.

The Roswell location places the asset in what is ranked as one of the best cities to live in Georgia due to its proximity to Atlanta and strong economy. The center is surrounded by a growing, educated and affluent residential population of 202,907 residents within a five-mile radius who earn an average annual household income of $137,387, and that population has grown within by nearly 10 percent over the last decade.
