Leasing Begins at 96-acre Harbor Logistics Center

Phase One to deliver by year-end in Curtis Bay

BALTIMORE, MD, February 4, 2021 - JLL announces today that industrial leasing efforts are underway at NorthPoint Development’s Harbor Logistics Center in Baltimore’s Curtis Bay. The 96-acre site will deliver a 263,000-square foot fully spec building by the end of 2021 as part of the first phase of development.

Site demolition will commence in Spring 2021. Three other buildings totaling approximately 600,000 square feet will follow making the entire industrial center more than 870,000-square feet upon completion. “This is an exciting assignment for us as this is one of the larger spec infill projects to deliver in the Baltimore-Washington Industrial Corridor in recent memory,” noted Tyler Boykin, Senior Vice President, JLL. “The demand for last-mile distribution remains strong, and Harbor Logistics Center is positioned well to capitalize on this continuing trend.”

Harbor Logistics Center will offer state-of-the-art design for a master-planned business park, with the first spec building featuring 36-foot clearing heights and 250 parking spaces for autos, with another 39 for trailers. The site is located just under four miles from I-95 with closer proximity to I-895.
