Over 70,000 square feet of leasing activity completed on behalf of Dalfen Industrial

AUSTIN, July 9, 2020 – JLL announced today the successful negotiation of two industrial leases totaling more than 70,000 square feet combined at two Dalfen Industrial properties.

• Nadine West, an Austin-based fashion subscription service, leased 51,200 square feet in Heritage Hills at 1309 Rutherford Lane.
• DWS Printing, a New York-based printing company, agreed to a 19,572-square-foot lease in Ferguson Crossing at 9011 Tuscany Way.

JLL’s Ace Schlameus and Kyle McCulloch represented the landlord in both transactions. Stream Realty Partners’ Sam Owen and Adam Green represented DWS Printing and Nadine West respectively.

As Austin continues to see demand from growing companies, construction on several sizable projects is underway to counterbalance the limited supply of large blocks. The Northeast submarket is tracking a significant amount of construction activity with Springbrook Corporate Center Phase 3, and TechRidge Two.3 and Two.4 breaking ground. The two projects will deliver a combined 417,000 of additional square feet to the market, trailing only Round Rock which has 615,850 square feet currently under construction.
