JLL wins multiple IFMA 2023 Awards of Excellence

CHICAGO, Oct. 16, 2023 – JLL announced today that it has received multiple honors at IFMA’s 2023 Awards of Excellence; Irene Thomas-Johnson received the Global Workforce Initiative of Excellence award and JLL Work Dynamics received The George Graves Award for Facility Management Achievement. The International Facility Management Association’s (IFMA) Awards of Excellence recognize the outstanding achievements and contributions to the association, outstanding examples of facility management (FM) initiatives and innovative FM projects, practices and solutions.

The Global Workforce Initiative seeks to fill the growing FM workforce talent gap as more than half of today’s practitioners are expected to retire in the next five to 15 years. Working in partnership with impacted industries around the world, the IFMA Foundation is leading the charge to make FM a career of choice. By working with educators at all levels and increasing the number of accredited FM degrees and educational programs around the world, the Global Workforce Initiative is helping create a clear career pathway to an exciting and fulfilling career in FM.

The George Graves Award for Facility Management Achievement honors an individual or team whose facility management program or idea has had a substantial positive effect on contributing to the success of their organization. The JLL Work Dynamics account team of a large technology company received the award for their impact, success, performance and measurement of the FM program and services.

A key success of the FM team included implementing Corrigo for streamlined end-to-end facilities and services management. Corrigo improves efficiencies to allow the team to make smarter, data-driven decisions. It eliminates the manual administrative process and reduces costs with streamlining and automation. IFMA announced the recipients of the 2023 Awards of Excellence at its World Workplace^® Conference and Expo in Denver. Nominees were scored individually across a variety of category-specific criteria by judging panels comprised of industry experts.
