JLL tapped to head leasing efforts at Citigroup Center in Downtown Miami

Miami, Florida – April 6, 2022 – JLL announced today its appointment as leasing agent of Citigroup Center, one of Downtown Miami’s landmark Class A office properties. Centrally located at 201 S Biscayne Blvd. in the heart of the business district, Citigroup Center is also a pleasant stroll from Miami Riverwalk and other green spaces along the waterfront. At 480 feet, it offers tenants spectacular unobstructed views stretching from adjacent Bayfront Park across the bay to Key Biscayne.

The JLL team of Managing Directors Steven Hurwitz and Doug Okun with Associate Madeline Fine will direct leasing activity at the iconic site owned by Monarch Alternative Capital, CP Group and Tourmaline Capital Partners.
