JLL strengthens South Central brokerage team with new healthcare expert

Prior to joining JLL, Garner led the leasing of more than 85 properties for a Fortune 500 company totaling in excess of five million rentable square feet spanning from Ohio south to Texas and as far west as Southern California. He was responsible for over 1,000 lease transactions with lease values totaling in excess of $500 million and maintained an occupancy in excess of 93% portfolio wide. Garner also managed the sourcing and underwriting of new acquisitions and developments in excess of $400 million, while overseeing the design and implementation of over 20 full medical office building renovations and value add construction projects.

Garner earned his Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University in Human and Organizational Development and holds a Certified Commercial Investments Member (CCIM) designation.
