JLL selected as exclusive leasing partner for North Texas industrial asset

DALLAS, April 17, 2019 – JLL industrial experts announced today they have been selected as the exclusive leasing partner for Watters Creek East, a two story, 164,866-square-foot office and industrial asset located at 600 Millennium Drive in Allen, Texas.

The property boasts visibility from the North Central Expressway, access to neighboring high-profile corporate headquarters and high-tech infrastructure onsite, including access to fiber networks, heavy power, and a chilled water system. 

Watters Creek East also offers a six-acre land site adjacent to the facility for potential expansion, a unique offering in this growing area of the metroplex.
