JLL selected as exclusive leasing partner for 3000 Skyline

DALLAS, April 22, 2019 – JLL announced today that the firm has been selected as the exclusive marketing partner for 3000 Skyline, a 752,000-square-foot, Class A industrial/manufacturing asset with high-tech infrastructure amenities, located in Mesquite, Texas.

The property offers a robust, 47 KVA electrical service to the building, an available 1.8 million gallons of water each day, fully redundant telecommunications infrastructure design including access to the East Dallas Fiber Loop, as well as perimeter security fencing, exterior security lighting and a security check point at the main entrance.

JLL industrial experts Craig Jones, Terry Darrow and Randy Touchstone are leading the marketing efforts for the facility on behalf of ownership.

“3000 Skyline is one of the most unique assets of its kind in North Texas and the US given its mix of power, water, rail and expansion land, able to serve a variety of uses and companies,” said Touchstone.

The property also boasts 40 acres of available land which can be used for building expansions on or future development including build to suit opportunities up to 700,000 square feet.
