HOUSTON, February 19, 2019 – JLL announced today the successful sale of retail site in Spring, Texas, 28 miles north of Houston. The one-acre site was acquired by Whitewater Car Wash.
JLL retail advisory experts Mark Raines, Matt Parsons, Simmi Jaggi and Elizabeth Clampitt negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller, Spring Plaza. Caldwell Companies Hunter Grimes represented the buyer.
