JLL represents Ogletree Deakins on new office lease

Raleigh, N.C., April 29, 2019 – Labor and employment law firm Ogletree Deakins has leased just over 45,000 square feet at the Forum 4 building in Highwoods’ Forum Office Park in north Raleigh.

One of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, Ogletree Deakins has 42 lawyers at its Raleigh office, which is currently located in 40,000 square feet at the CapTrust Tower at 4208 Six Forks Road. The firm plans to relocate in November to its new space, which will accommodate future growth and allows for a more efficient, open layout with common areas.

Ogletree Deakins will occupy a floor and half at Forum 4, which is located at 8529 Six Forks Road and is part of the five-building Forum office park. Last year, owner Highwoods Properties completely renovated the building, upgrading its lobby and café and adding new tenant amenities such as a fitness center, conference center and landscaped outdoor space. The 182,000-square-foot building is walkable to Market at Colonnade, an upscale shopping center featuring a Whole Foods Market.
