DALLAS, Oct. 19, 2022 – JLL announced today it is delivering strategic facilities management (FM) support to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) for three terminals and all five terminal parking garages.

This agreement enables DFW to utilize JLL’s expertise to create efficiencies and maintain the integrity of the building operating systems, while also providing general repair and maintenance work. JLL is providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services for Terminals B, D and E, including Skylink Facilities in Terminals A and C, all five of the Terminal garages and the computer room air conditioning systems at Terminals A and C.

“At DFW Airport, we always seek innovative ways to maintain our facilities that ensure a clean, working and friendly environment. Our customers depend on DFW for a seamless travel experience, and with the help of JLL, we will be able to provide that to them. We look forward to our partnership with JLL, as we know they deliver high-level service that will exceed customer expectations,” said Khaled Naja, Executive Vice President of Infrastructure and Development for DFW Airport.

In 2021 DFW welcomed more than 62.5 million passengers, making the airport the second busiest in the world by passenger volume, according to Airports Council International (ACI). DFW saw a 58.7% growth over 2020 and has its sights set on returning to 2019 numbers in 2022. As one of the only airports in the U.S. to increase service and the number of destinations served over the past two years, DFW focuses on customer experience while the airport continues as a leader in the industry.

The JLL Government Facilities Management team, including Account Director Robert Keller, Senior Director of Operations Kathryn Lopez and Executive Vice President Doug Rowles, is leading 105 JLL and REAL Network Services, Inc. associates, JLL’s small minority business partner.

“JLL is excited and honored to provide support to DFW Airport and the airlines, concessionaires and the passengers these groups serve,” Keller said. “Understanding the critical importance of the services and the role JLL plays in support of the operation and customer experience, our teams have committed to provide the highest level of satisfaction in the industry.”
