JLL’s Property Management team demonstrates continued momentum with new hire, Sean McNamara, as Director of National Accounts

CHICAGO, April 6, 2021 – JLL announced today that Sean McNamara has joined the company’s Property Management group’s team as a Director of National Accounts on the client relations management (CRM) team, reporting directly to President of Property Management, Mark Zettl.

McNamara is based in Miami, Florida, and will serve as a client relations account manager alongside recently hired Galina Breslav, to align the company’s Property Management accounts throughout the U.S. The appointment is part of JLL’s national initiative to provide seamless and integrated Property Management advisory and service for clients’ properties and portfolios across the country.

Prior to McNamara’s appointment, he served as a Senior Vice President with The John Buck Company (“JBC”), where he was responsible for developing best practices and client strategies for the company’s property management business vertical. McNamara previously held a leadership position with JLL as a Regional Manager, where he was responsible for the property management business line and all business development efforts in Florida. His duties were to provide consistent, value-add strategies for private and institutional investor clients across Florida and nationally, including targeted solutions that maximize asset value through revenue accretion strategies, cost reduction efforts and by delivering an enhanced customer experience for clients.

McNamara has earned various industry accreditations including CCIM, CPM (IREM), RPA (BOMA) and FMA (BOMA) certifications. He also earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Georgia State University.

JLL’s 2,300 property management experts in the U.S. provide comprehensive real estate services in more than 1,200 buildings totaling more than 208 million square feet.
