JLL Property Management names medical real estate lead
Industry expert Connie O’Murray to helm JLL’s medical real estate management business amid unprecedented growth in the healthcare sector
CHICAGO, Aug. 15, 2024– JLL Property Management announced today that Connie O’Murray will take the lead as National Director of its medical real estate property management business. In this role, she will focus on growing JLL’s medical real estate specialty services, further develop resources to drive top line revenue and work with the firm’s leadership team to pursue opportunities with investors and healthcare providers throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to her new role, O’Murray served as Managing Director for JLL’s Houston’s property management group. She brings over 30 years of property management experience with 12 years of experience in the healthcare sector. She is currently co-chair of BOMA International’s 2025 Medical Real Estate Conference.

In this role, O’Murray will also be working closely with real estate investors that own and operate medical properties and will align with JLL’s Healthcare platform, which provides the full range of real estate services and facilities solutions for hospitals, physicians and other care providers.
