JLL partnering with Moonbeam to market Durham Summit buildings

Durham, N.C., July 20, 2020 – JLL is pleased to announce that it has been hired by the Moonbeam Capital Investments Group of Companies (Moonbeam) to market a collection of five buildings known as Durham Summit, located in North Durham . The buildings, totaling 281,378 square feet, are located at 4020 North Roxboro Road, 4101 North Roxboro Road, 4117 North Roxboro Road, 3404 North Duke Street, and 3414 North Duke Street.
