JLL leasing team grows to meet demand for life science tenant representation

JLL today announced Carolyn Wheatley has joined the firm as an Executive Vice President of the brokerage team for tenant representation of biotechnology and technology clients. Wheatley will focus on life sciences in the Greater Cambridge and Boston regions amid ongoing demand in the competitive markets.

As a commercial real estate advisor at JLL, Wheatley will provide consulting and advisory expertise for companies navigating strategic planning and leasing processes. Wheatley specializes in advising early-and expansion-phase biotechnology and technology companies, and her approach involves significant due diligence and support for clients, before, during, and after a lease transaction.

Wheatley previously worked at CBRE Inc. where she served as a Senior Vice President specializing in tenant and landlord representation in the Cambridge and Boston life sciences markets. In 2019, Wheatley was honored with the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA)’s Rising Star Award.
