JLL Leads Region for Top Brokers

WASHINGTON, DC - April 28, 2022 - JLL announces today that Executive Managing Directors Amy Bowser and Pete Briskman received the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association’s (CREBA) top leasing agent award nods for both DC and Maryland, respectively, at a ceremony held April 26. The award recognizes sustained excellence in brokerage and deal volume over the last twelve months.

In DC, Amy Bowser and her team have transacted a number of sizable office leases during 2021, including notable transactions at the District’s newest neighborhood, The Wharf.

Heading up JLL Mid-Atlantic’s Life Sciences Practice Group, Briskman has advised some of the region’s top Biohealth companies, whose mission is to cure world disease, lead new therapies and ultimately improve the future for all of those around them.
