JLL hires Integrated Portfolio Services lead in Southern California

LOS ANGELES, March 11, 2019 – JLL continues to expand its expertise in the Southwest. Today, the firm announced that 23-year veteran Kevin Bender has joined the firm as Managing Director and Market Lead of the firm's Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) group in the Southwest. Based in JLL’s downtown Los Angeles office, Bender will continue to service existing and new clients with their transactions in the Los Angeles and Orange County markets with an exciting new platform while also working with IPS executives Wyn Channer and David Fredrickson who are responsible for developing and supporting the portfolio in bringing best practices to the firm's accounts.

Prior to joining JLL, Bender served as Executive Vice President for a global commercial real estate services firm where he consistently ranked among the company’s top tenant representation professionals, working with companies on a national and global basis. Throughout his 23-year career, he has successfully completed over 5,000,000 square feet of office lease transactions primarily in Los Angeles and Orange County where he has deep expertise representing Fortune 500 companies and top services firms in high-profile headquarters assignments and complex occupier transactions. Bender earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Arizona and is active in several industry organizations including CoreNet and Urban Land Institute.
