JLL adds healthcare real estate veteran to Capital Markets platform

CHICAGO, Aug. 9, 2018 — JLL Capital Markets announced Justin Hill has joined the company as Executive Vice President in its healthcare practice. He will provide healthcare real estate advisory and transaction services across the nation for investor and healthcare provider clients, meeting their acquisition, disposition, and financing needs. 

Hill will be joining the largest national, full-service healthcare capital markets team in the real estate industry. Led by Managing Director Mindy Berman, the team focuses on medical office, hospitals, seniors housing and post-acute care facilities with a full range of capital solutions. The team consistently transacts over $1 billion annually.

Hill's breadth of knowledge spans the healthcare real estate continuum. Over the last 10 years, Justin has developed strong relationships with health systems, physician groups, seniors housing operators, post-acute providers, developers, pension funds, investors and brokers. He has completed a wide variety of transactions, totaling more than $4 billion.

Hill joins JLL from Welltower where he most recently served as Senior Vice President for Business Development. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Science in Engineering Science from the University of Toledo, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ohio University.
