JLL has partnered with The Keith Corporation on 104-acre Genesis site
Site plan approved for the build-to-suit project in Research Triangle Park
Durham, N.C., June 11, 2020 – JLL is pleased to announce that it has been retained by The Keith Corporation to market the 104-acre Genesis project in Research Triangle Park, located at 3029 E Cornwallis Road. The site was designed with flexibility to accommodate lab, life science, manufacturing or office users with up to 5.5 million square feet of space.
