Decade of distinction: JLL named to Global Outsourcing 100®

For 10th consecutive year, JLL among the best outsourcing partners

CHICAGO, Feb. 21, 2018 — JLL's reputation for excellence and its best-in-class global team have earned the firm a place on the 2018 Global Outsourcing 100. For the 10th consecutive year, JLL represents the real estate industry on the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals' (IAOP®) annual list of the world's top outsourcing service providers.

"In the past decade, we have seen major disruption in how we live, work and play," said John Forrest, Global & Americas CEO, JLL Corporate Solutions. "Technology and demographic trends have changed customer and employee expectations, presenting businesses with an evolving set of challenges. Receiving this distinction for 10 consecutive years is a testament to how we lead with innovative ideas and solutions for organizations as they navigate the future of work."

The 2018 Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the world's best outsourcing service providers. The list is based on applications received, and judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations.

"In today's economy, it is more important than ever for outsourcing buyers to be able to easily identify and select the right company for their outsourcing needs," said Debi Hamill, IAOP CEO. "The Global Outsourcing 100 and World's Best Advisors lists are the essential tools companies reference to make smarter decisions. They provide companies with valuable insights into the outsourcing industry, leading and emerging service providers and advisors, and key developments to watch."

This recognition follows another accolade for JLL's service delivery excellence from global biopharmaceutical company Bristol-Myers Squibb.

JLL's Corporate Solutions business offers strategy, services and technology solutions across the entire real estate life cycle to corporates and public institutions globally.

The Future of Work is JLL's outlook on the changing world of work and its impact on the next generation of real estate.
