JLL Completes Sale of 1720 Endeavor Drive

Richmond, VA, March 13, 2019– JLL announces today the sale of 1720 Endeavor Drive in Williamsburg, Virginia. The 51,390-square foot industrial building sold for $2.35 million from Coastal Federal Credit Union to an undisclosed buyer.

“Situated along the James River with close proximity to I-64, 1720 Endeavor Drive offered a valuable proposition,” stated Gregg Christoffersen, Vice President, JLL. “The property is primely positioned between Hampton Roads and Richmond and has nearly 20,000 additional square feet available for future expansion.”

1720 Endeavor Drive sits on 12.6 acres within the James River Commerce Center with approximately one of those acres dedicated for outside storage. The property is zoned M-1 and has three-phase power as well as paved parking and a loading area.
