JLL Carolinas adds four office leasing specialists in Raleigh-Durham

Raleigh, N.C. – JLL is pleased to announce that office leasing specialists Hillman Duncan, Dennis Hurley, Patti Autry and Taylor McCuiston have joined the firm’s Raleigh-Durham office, adding decades of local market knowledge and experience representing institutional owners of office and flex properties across the Triangle.

Most recently with a global commercial real estate services firm, Duncan and Hurley have worked together representing office and flex landlords in the market for more than 20 years. Autry and McCuiston have been with the team since 2016 and 2018, respectively.

Duncan, Hurley, Autry and McCuiston have handled some of the Triangle’s premier projects, and their current assignments with JLL include Durham’s Imperial Center (400,000 square feet), EastRidge at Perimeter Park (634,617 square feet), Spring Forest Business Center (156,036 square feet), Aerial Center Executive Park (350,000 square feet), Regency Office Park (387,987 square feet), Triangle Business Center (270,833 square feet) and the Park at Gateway Centre (311,894 square feet).

JLL Carolinas continues to build for the future. Earlier this year the company named a new lead for its Project and Development Services (PDS) team in Raleigh-Durham, Nakira Carter, and appointed Donnie Robinson as Regional Manager of its Carolinas Property Management division.

The company recently signed a lease for 13,268 square feet for its Raleigh-Durham office at Crabtree Terrace, the new mixed-use development at the intersection of Creedmoor Road and Glenwood Avenue, across from Crabtree Valley Mall. With 46 local professionals, JLL Carolinas plans to relocate early next year.
