JLL Capital Markets Nashville expands debt and equity practice
Anthony Magnano has joined the firm as a Director focused on debt and equity placements
ATLANTA, November 2, 2020 – JLL Capital Markets announced today that Anthony Magnano has joined JLL Capital Markets as a Director in the firm’s Nashville office. Mr. Magnano will be responsible for sourcing debt and equity placement opportunities in the Nashville area and greater Southeast market.
Mr. Magnano has more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate financing sector and has been involved in underwriting and structuring deals across all asset classes, including healthcare, hospitality, multi-housing, office, retail and industrial. He joins JLL from a multinational corporate and investment banking firm, where he was most recently a vice president in the Global Healthcare Banking group responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of middle-market public and private healthcare companies. He began his career as a hotel/senior housing acquisitions analyst and also spent time as an associate focused on CMBS underwriting and distressed debt restructuring.
Mr. Magnano graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Richard J. Wehle School of Business at Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. He is an active member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and holds an affiliate broker license in the state of Tennessee.
