JLL brings von Briesen & Roper, s.c. to 55 Jewelers Park Drive

NEENAH, Wisconsin, January 7, 2020 — JLL is pleased to announce that law firm von Briesen & Roper, s.c. has signed a lease at 55 Jewelers Park Drive in Neenah, Wisconsin. The law firm will be leasing all 16,000 square feet of office space on the fourth floor of the 103,817-square-foot building.

von Briesen & Roper, s.c., a local law firm with a global footprint, was founded in 1904 and employs more than 180 lawyers. The firm currently has eight locations in Wisconsin with additional offices in Chicago and New York. It has been recognized as a great place to work and its downtown Milwaukee office was voted one of the city’s “coolest offices” by the Milwaukee Business Journal.

With long-standing relationships in the Fox Valley market, it was imperative that the firm relocate into a space that supported future expansion as they continue to grow their presence in the region. 55 Jewelers Park Drive was a unique opportunity for von Briesen to be the anchor tenant in this iconic multi-tenant office building redevelopment. With their new full-floor lease, von Briesen will also have prominent freeway-facing building signage, solidifying their commitment to the Fox Valley for many years to come.
