JLL today announced Lauren Hasson and Zoe Benson have joined the firm’s Workplace Strategy Group. The two senior-level positions will allow JLL to expand its services within workplace strategy and office innovation to uplift dynamic new ways of working that support workforce needs.

Lauren and Zoe collectively bring over a decade of workplace strategy to JLL’s Workplace Strategy Group responsible for the planning, development, and integration of innovative design and new ways for working in both workspace design and employee experience; including health, wellbeing, and other future of work trends that will have a profound impact on today and tomorrow’s workplace.

“There’s no doubt the way people work has changed significantly, creating both challenges and opportunities for the future of work,” said Matt Daniel, New England Brokerage Lead. “We are thrilled to have Lauren and Zoe onboard bringing their expertise to assess the opportunities and bring them to life in ways that support and reimagine workplace strategies and help design smarter spaces for our clients and tenants.”

For over five years, Hasson has worked as a workplace consultant and development manager to help clients identify, create, and deliver workplace solutions – with a rich background in health and wellbeing. She holds a degree in anthropology from George Washington University, a Master of Education from Boston University, and a certificate in Management from Yale University.

“Workspace health and wellbeing are at the center of rethinking the next generation of the workplace experience,” said Hasson. “That’s why I am thrilled to join the JLL Workplace Strategy Group and look forward to supporting the team in this area as they continue to lead research and implementation of what the future of the workplace will be.”

In her previous role, Benson helped build new types of workplace experience through collaboration with clients and architects to develop design solutions. She holds a degree in Environmental and Interior design from Syracuse University and a certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University.

“I am excited to join JLL’s Workplace Strategy group at a redefining moment for office space and the future of work as we know it,” said Benson. “My passion and knack for developing workspaces that foster creativity and collaboration while prioritizing employee needs are matched in JLL’s commitment to building a better office for the future.”

JLL’s research around the future of work often explores trends that will have a profound impact on tomorrow’s workplace, including hybrid work, as well as key economic drivers that will shape the world in the coming year. When it comes to workplace wellbeing in an unpredictable world, JLL’s recent Workplace Wellbeing report discusses the next evolution of the workplace and how workforce readiness must include workplace wellness.

Both Hasson and Benson will work with clients through many sectors, including technology, life sciences, and finance.

JLL’s Workplace Strategy Group helps organizations amplify the impact of real estate investments to improve business performance and increase innovation.
