JLL bolsters Valuation Advisory’s multifamily practice with new hire
JLL Valuation Advisory announces hiring of Senior Vice President Aimee Morgan, who will focus on multifamily properties
DALLAS, Dec 10, 2019 – JLL today announced Aimee Morgan is joining the firm’s Valuation Advisory business as a Senior Vice President specializing in the appraisal of multifamily assets. Morgan is based in Houston, and will cover the region.
“Aimee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team, and her philosophy of providing clients with white glove services encapsulates what JLL is all about,” said JLL Managing Director Eric Enloe. “We look forward to bringing her onto the team as we work toward expanding our offerings to clients.”
Morgan comes from a leading global commercial real estate firm, where she most recently served as the Dallas Multifamily Practice Manager and the Regional Business Development and Client Care Manager. She brings nine years of experience and is a general state certified appraiser in Texas and Oklahoma.
She is also the current treasurer of the Urban Land Institute’s North Texas chapter and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Real Estate Finance from Baylor University.
