JLL awarded leasing assignment for 10 West End office building
10 West End is a new Class A+ office building and the first new office project constructed in over 20 years in the booming West End submarket of the Twin Cities
JLL is pleased to announce it has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for this best in class 343,000-square-foot 10 West End office building located at 1601 Utica Ave. South, St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Currently, the office building is 88% leased with a few remaining options ranging from 1,500 to 14,000 square feet.
JLL will partner with new owner Bridge Investment Group. The JLL team facilitating the leasing assignment will be led by Managing Director Brent Karkula, Vice President Andrea Leon and Senior Associate Laura Farrell.
