JLL Appoints Wei Xie East Region Research Lead
Industry veteran to lead research teams throughout East Region
Washington, DC July 26, 2022 - JLL announces today the hiring of Wei Xie as East Region Research Lead. In this role, Xie will bring her extensive commercial real estate research experience to lead JLL’s expert research teams from Chicago to Miami.

Xie is a 16-year veteran of commercial real estate research having previously overseen research for another global commercial real estate firm in the Mid-Atlantic region. She will be based in the firm’s Northern Virginia office in Tysons and will report directly to Julia Georgules, Head of Americas Research.

Xie began her career at The CoStar Group where she led market research and oversaw product launches in new markets as well as large-scale data integration projects. She attended Renmin University in Bejing, China and University of Stuttgart in Germany while holding a master’s degree from the University of Maryland. She currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland.
