JLL announces new addition to Houston office tenant representation team

HOUSTON, July 20, 2020 – JLL announced today the addition of commercial real estate veteran Lonna Jenks to the Houston Tenant Representation team as Vice President.

In her new role, Jenks will assist clients with addressing their commercial real estate needs utilizing JLL’s platform of services to accomplishing their objectives. She has extensive experience representing national and local clients on renewals, expansions, site selections, general consultation assignments and acquisitions, as well as assisting clients with international requirements in Europe and Canada. She has assisted clients from the oil and gas, finance and insurance, legal, and medical industries, completing in excess of one million square feet in transactions.

Jenks is an active member of CoreNet Houston, NAIOP, the Greater Houston Partnership and the Aggie Real Estate Network. She has also participated in the CREW Careers local outreach program and the Texas A&M UCREW event. She volunteers with Dress for Success and other local Houston non-profit organizations.

Jenks received her Master of Real Estate and Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University.
