DALLAS, December 13, 2021 – JLL is pleased to announce Jayme Schutt as Senior Vice President of Corporate Workplace Strategy in Dallas. In her new role, Schutt will help guide clients in selecting workspace ecosystems that support their unique goals.

With an emphasis on design and company culture, Schutt will work alongside brokers in helping clients envision how spaces can be transformed to meet their distinctive needs. This role, layered with broker expertise on buildings specs and technology elements, will provide clients a holistic perspective on how they can maximize business value from their office space.

“This addition comes at a critical time as we continue to see momentum in the return to office since the COVID-19 pandemic, and businesses are reevaluating and prioritizing their workspaces more than ever,” said JLL South Central President, Brad Selner. “Jayme’s outstanding ability to recognize potential in spaces and understand the impact of each design element will be instrumental in helping our clients bring their visions to life as we continue to see rapid growth in the Dallas office market.”

According to JLL’s Worker Preferences Barometer report, work from home fatigue continues to grow and an outstanding office is the best way to engage employees. Additionally, employers are expected to build more employee-centric workplaces, as seen as the number one priority by 50 percent of the workforce.

“I am driven by a passion for understanding our client’s organization and how to define what their best future looks like,” said Schutt. “By taking clients though our strategic process before their building is even selected, we are able to have maximum impact on the final outcome of their space. There is no one size fits all answer, there never has been, but now more than ever we are given the opportunity to re-define the way we work through real transformation.”
